99MAIL.US Email Account / Has an API for reading mail instead of IMAP, POP3 - the API is similar to GMX.LIVE / #918602

Accounts work for a long time and never die. I successfully tried logging into 50,000 accounts from a single IP address without any problems.
These accounts allow you to ONLY view mail and change passwords. They do not allow sending emails or using other features.
Although the accounts do not support the IMAP protocol, it has an API for reading emails. (Log in and click "API" to learn more)
