Accplanet operates as a digital marketplace connecting buyers with independent suppliers. Unless explicitly stated on a product page, Accplanet is not the direct seller of listed inventory. Suppliers are responsible for listing accuracy, delivery, and compliance with applicable laws.

Digital goods are delivered according to each listing’s description. Delivery times and formats vary by product. If you receive invalid or undelivered goods, open a support ticket or contact us within the timeframe stated on the order page. Refund eligibility depends on product type, delivery proof, and supplier policy; Accplanet may mediate disputes but does not guarantee outcomes in every case.

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise noted. You authorize charges for completed purchases and approved top-ups. Cryptocurrency and other payment methods may require additional confirmation steps. Failed or reversed payments may cancel related orders.

Accplanet is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from marketplace use, supplier actions, or third-party platform policies. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
